When Will I Get My Order?
Standard International Shipping: 8-21 business days
All orders will be dispatched from our warehouse within 3 business days. In peak periods please allow for up to 6 business days for dispatch.

How long will it take to receive a tracking number?
It will take usually between 2-5 business days.
How Do I Apply My Discount Code?
On the checkout page, enter your discount code under the ‘Discount’ field. Please note that only one discount can be applied per order, and each discount has one use per customer.

We sure do! We can offer a 35% off bulk discount for your wholesale needs. Simply contact us if you are interested in our wholesale pricing. Please note that we require a $500 minimum for wholesale purchases.
Which currency will I be charged in?
We processes all orders in USD. While the content of the cart is displayed in several currencies, you will checkout using USD at the most current exchange rate.
Can i change or cancel my order?
To cancel or change your order, please email us immediately on firstname.lastname@example.org (not more than 24 hours). In case your order is already forwarded to the courier, we can’t change it nor cancel it, so it is important to contact us asap.
